Dr. Shafik and his staff will provide an initial consultation
and evaluation to determine whether or not the HCG diet is
right for you. If so, our multidisciplinary team of physicians
and medical professionals
will prescribe your treatments and
provide the training and equipment needed to administer your
HCG treatments at home.
HCG injections are well absorbed by the body and have been
proven to be more effective than either sublingual or disintegrating
HCG tablets. The injections are completely safe and painless
and can be performed by you or a family member in the comfort
of your own home. Although not as effective as HCG injections,
we also offer HCG disintegrating tablets for our patients
who prefer this delivery method.
Upon completing your six-week HCG regimen, you will receive
nutritional counseling and begin a low glycemic index diet
