- PNF stretches - designed to rehabilitate or re-establish functionality of joints and muscles. This technique can be used to increase joint flexibility, muscle strength and tone, endurance and range of motion.
- Ultrasound - utilizes high-frequency sound waves to deeply penetrate the soft tissue. Vibration of these injured tissues causes vasodilation of blood vessels which results in an increase in oxygen, minerals, and nutrients and a reduction in cell debris.
